A calendar tells a school what was meant to happen. A lesson record helps explain what happened. Start and end events, route points, GPS quality and mileage each add context. Together, they make everyday conversations less dependent on memory.
A mileage difference can have several explanations: positioning a vehicle, poor signal, a maintenance trip or a missed step. The useful response is a fair review of the evidence. That is why DriveSight uses review items and recorded reasons rather than automatic accusations.
