DRIVESIGHT / road test

Preparing for a driving test.

Conversation prompts for your next lesson—not a jurisdiction-specific test checklist.

Ask your instructor

Which skills are consistent, which need more practice, and what should you focus on next? Talk through vehicle control, observation, junctions, parking and driving in different road conditions.

Agree on the skills to practise

Keep a record of the feedback from each lesson. Notice what improved and agree one or two practice goals with your instructor. A progress score alone cannot determine whether you are ready for a test.

Confirm local requirements

Ask your qualified instructor and the relevant testing authority about current documents, eligibility, vehicle requirements and test procedures. This page does not replace official local guidance.
