A short guide to the current DriveSight workflow.
Sign in with your school account. Confirm your assigned vehicle, enter the starting odometer and start your workday. Start a lesson when teaching begins and end it when the lesson finishes. At the end of the day, enter the closing odometer and end your workday.
Keep location services enabled. During an active lesson the app stores GPS points locally and queues them for sync. Check the sync indicator after connectivity returns. A missing mobile-data connection and a missing GPS signal are different: poor location quality appears in the evidence.
Review the daily activity dashboard, inspect individual lessons and routes, and reconcile physical mileage with GPS and authorised travel. Use exception records to start a review. Corrections need a reason so the history stays understandable.
